Center console arm rest began sqeaking last night and it began rotating on the diagonal axis. Took the storage bin + top off and saw the rear right mount had snapped off the console. Looks like the mounts are part of the console. Please tell me I do NOT have to spend $585 because of a broken piece of plastic. Thanks, Randy.

I would try JB weld. Should hold it and it is in an unseen area. I would add a small piece of metal to the break to reinforce the plastic. So it wont break loose again.
Hope it works for you!

All,
There is another Plastic remedy -- GOOP. I have repaired my Sears Kenmore Vacuum cleaner housing with it after a thorough cleaning with denatured alcohol. Additionally you can as others have added, add in some metal reinforcement while gluing.

JB Weld and some small angle brackets for small shelves seems to be working. Thanks all, Randy.
