The SB is ready to rock. 45psi in the fronts, 30psi in the rear.

bout 94 octane in the tank, 29 total timing, shift points set to 6100rpm (best based on my dynosheet) Shift firmness set to neck snap. :banana2:

Best time in my last MM at this specific track was 16.0 @ 88 with a .002 r/t (my wife was driving) it had 3.73's, ghetto cold air kit, DR tune.

This car has 4.10's, JLT intake, intake spacer, deleted rear cats, and a tune that I was able to partially dyno tune myself using the hand held for adjustments. Its a DR tune as well. And Underdrives.

I'm thinking this car is quite a bit faster than my old one. 15.5's should be in the bag. 14.9's? I'd love to be there but don't see it happening.

Remember I'm at 4500 elevation with 7500 air density. Our conditions here SUCK ASS for N/A. Example, the wife's 01 and my buddies mach both ran 14.2's with drag radials. Both are modded pretty good.

Oh its stripped. Only thing in there is my registration and tuner. My neighbor saw me taking the 200lbs of real estate crap out and asked if I was selling my car. :) Spare, Jack, all of it is out.

Home finally.

We had a good night. Several friends got their best times and I was able to drive a friends car to the "cars" best time. hehehe.

First run of the night I ran my dads 05 Roush. He's a 100% noob when it comes to a real NHRA track. Well I'm not sure what exactly they did but when we left the hole it was literally an ice rink. My father kept going through the gears and I did too. I ended up doing a 1 tire fire for an 1/8th mile. (Wait till I show you pics tomorrow of the mess it caused) Ran an 18 my dad a 17.

My dad was just pissed and left for some damn reason.

2nd run I was VERY weary of even stalling up the car because of the last run. So I just 1 footed it. Got me a 15.4 @ 91mph. This literally destroyed the best time I got in the other MM. WOOT!. Night goes on and the track starts hooking better

3rd run, I knew I was only getting one last run. I figured F it and did a brake stand from hell and toked the tires like they were ET streets. hahahaha. Quite a few people had a look like "It can do that?!" I stalled it up as high as I dared without it starting to spin or push forward. (it was about 2200ish rpm) I was literally standing on the brake with my left foot. Cut a HORRIBLE .538 R/T but the car took off. I was racing a 350Z 5-speed with a few mods. SIDE BY SIDE we're bombin down the track. I out 60'd him but he was able to reel me in at the 1/8th.

End of the track. OH YEA... 15.29 @ 92.20 mph. The Z? 15.025 @ 94 mph. It was sooooo close.

I know this number sounds crappy but for where I'm at and what the last MM did... I'm beyond happy. A full 7 tenths quicker than my last car!

At closer to sea level I can only imagine what our MM's would run! Runnin that this elevation is like putting a trash bag on your air intake and cutting a few small slits in the bag...not fun.

At the Vegas Meet I probably burnt off half of my tires in 3 days maybe Im meant for this elevation :) and that is still at over 2K feet!

Good thing there is not a dragstirp in my hometown. 5760Ft
Closest one is 90 miles away at 4600ft. Or Denver 160 miles at 5800ft.
I would be afraid to see the time my car would put down at this altitude.

Thats not bad at all considering the elevation you have. Mine stock was always in the high 15's, even a couple low 16's. Good job!

Finally someone who understands the differance poor air makes. I fight this all the time. The one good thing is if you want your car to get its new personal best all you need to do is go for a drive to a lower elavation. I will be doing that this summer. I hope to get a 12.99 slip but it will also take a little more work to make it hook.
Reguardless of the ET as long as you are having fun, that is what counts.

Bring Drag Radials and take out the headlight, this was the only thing that got me from 13.1 to 12.9! Wish you luck.

I'm working on the drag radial thing. What is your recomendation? I was thinking MT street ET 255/50/16 but I'm having trouble finding "16 wheels believe it or not. I do have a set of "17 but can't find a DR that will work?

MT et streets 265/40/18 on stock MM wheels. They look like crap being shorter but will alter your effective gear to about 4.30. Out of eight runs so far I only broke traction once and quicky recouped. This was preloading to 2000 RPM's and nailing all the way to the floor in 50* temps. Have fun.

I'm offering up a standing invitation for you guys to come and visit Beautiful British Columbia. We'll take you to a track thats a half hour from the ocean. Can't get much closer to sea level than that.

My buddy wanted to see how his vert would run since he's never had it at the track. He threw me the keys to set a baseline. He didn't beat it. MUHAHAHHAAH

Difference between launching a 600hp car on slicks and a 265rwhp car? BOG!

That is the plan. I need to encorporate it into a family trip but I really need a crack at a 12.99 slip. One problem will be bringing the DR's?

My "True" fast car could do a rolling wheelie on your 350z. Only reason I took the MM was because I'm taking my stang today to the track. :)
