Hi,

I just purchased a 03 MM with 69000 miles, great shape except the drivers power window button works when it wants to. Drives great, put 1500 miles on since Thursday. Interested in performace modifications, ie chip, super charger, rear end, ect. Any suggestions on manufacturers and installers in the Mass area, south of Boston. Also any other mods.

 :welcome: Eric. I moved your post to a new thread. Sit back, relax and scan through our gazillion posts about what we've done to our cars. Lots of info on superchargers, gears, tunes.

Your location says NY and then you mention south of Boston. Are you in Wrentham MA? We've had a couple of rendezvous at the Cracker Barrell by the Outlets. One of the best ways to research your options is to meet other owners to see and feel and hear what we've done. Nothing planned immediately but we should be doing so now that temps have warmed up.

You ask a lot of questions all wrapped together. There are a few supercharger options out there and they can all be self installed if you have the inclination. The first questions to ask yourself is what are my needs and wants? Is drag racing my focus? Do I want a daily driver that has some pickup? Do I want more low end torque or high end torque? What's my budget? After 6 years we are well versed at talking about all of the above. Because we have specific forums for specific topics, such as tuning and exhaust, it might be better to ask a specific question in the appropriate forum to keep all the info straight.

Again, :welcome: to the family. :D

Welcome :welcome1: to the MM.Net.

Take a couple days off and drive on down to "All Fords Weekend" at Carlisle, PA during the first week of June (5-7 June). Search on "Carlisle" or take a peek in the Event Forum. We're expecting up to 40 MM owners to be in attendance with their cars on display in the Showfield. This is your opportunity to meet and see what other MM owners have done to their rides from the most basic mods to the most exotic. "If you've got the time, we've got the ....." no wait .... that's been used before. ;)

Welcome, the power window switch is a common problem. It can be repaired by owner or easily replaced. You can sometimes find the switch panel for sale used on ebay. Use search for more info.
