Blue on WAFB

I saw a Blue MM on Whiteman AFB Saturday. It had inserts in the rear bumper and tinted windows. It was parked in the security forces parking lot. I left a card on it too. The plates I believe were from Montana, I forget. It wasn't anyone on here was it?
