A day late and a dollar short. Michelin customer support sent me a message stating they have the rears available for me now.
I e-mailed back and told them I already replaced them and until they offer better support, better quality and better prices, I'll stick with my Nitto's.
Hell, they should offer free replacements to those of us that wanted them 8 months ago.
I was sure to let them know the centers wear out of the rears within 10,000 miles... They won't listen though. Just more wasted words.

So the Michelin's do that too? I thought BFGoodrich were the only ones....but I will stick with my Nitto's....no wear issues at all and they look much better than the OEM's.

+1. Wonderful business model to have a customer wait for 8 months for tires. ...........how long till they fail, get a bail-out, be taken over by the Government, then get worse?:shake:

No, moved up to 255/55-18. No traction control or ABS issues. And I drive a LOT...

Ok, thanks for the info.
I bought Falken's a few months ago but they are still sitting in my garage. That said, I won't be going back to Michelin/BFG.
I got the same email from BFG and replied that they were too late and that I wouldn't be back. My old Mustang has 23 year old tires on it so I'd like to replace them... it was going to be BFG Radial T/A's but not any more.
Update - I just ordered a set of Firehawk Indy 500 tires for my '69 Mustang... I then promptly sent a note to Michelin telling them that because of the debacle with the Marauder tire I didn't buy a set of BFG T/A Radials but instead went with the Firestone's...
