WTB OEM Stereo Head Unit

Need a stock stereo head unit for an '03 MM. My finally experienced the 'faulty component in the internal radio tuner' issue. Like the steering wheel controls and variable sound adjust for speed/road noise of stock. I know it isn't the best stereo in the world, but good enough for me.
