Hi there all you New York City Marauders!

I was out at JFK doing some plane spotting and trouble came my way. I ended up doing some photo-journalism on a fatal traffic accident at Brookville and Rockaway Blvds Wednesday eventing.

One of my pictures was used on page 26 of the New York Daily News. I got the photo credit. Check it out before you recycle the paper.

It is my first photo credit, I wish it was for a happier event, but it was news.

The photos are dramatic and capture the tragedy in the expressions on the emergency responders faces.

Sorry also to see stuff like that happen, but you did a great job of capturing a tragedy, that hopefully some will learn from.

Thanks, I used a relatively long lens and was able to capture individuals while staying way out of the way.
