Hi folks,
I had my car listed in the for sale section for a week or two. I updated it to show it was no longer for sale. That was because I thought it was sold. Here is a great story.
The guy who was buying my car is a car dealer out east. All seemed good. I even checked to make sure he was for real. He was doing a wire transfer on Thursaday afternoon and was going to call and confim when it was done. NO call last night. Called my bank at 9 AM and no transfer. Called my bank this afternoon and no transfer. Called him this morning and left a message asking what is going on. No call back from him. I call him at 2PM and got his voice mail again. I left him a message this time telling him to forget it and that I would not sell him the car. SOOOO, looks like for now my car is still mine. Are we having fun yet! Some people just like to play games. The name of the car dealer is Extreme Auto . The are located in PA somewhere. So be careful if you get an offer from this guy or his dealersip.

Too bad that everything is going down hill these days!!:shake: I just got stuck by a jerk on eBay.....but PayPal reimbursed me and all is well now!!!:beer:

There are real scum out there in carland.I also got replies from the Nigerian on Ebay when I put the first car on there.Beware of payments by cashiers check.

or maybe the guy had a family tragedy, I dunno Wife stricken with cancer or some other horrific life event that forced him to prioritize a few things in his life...

I am already glad I still have it. I will put a post in the midwest Marauders forum and mabe we will get a few more to go. Be nice to see a bunch of big black cars sitting there.

There is a car show in Beaver Dam on the 21st that I always go to. Can only make one at a time.

Being what he did wasn't Cool and he miss lead you , maybe you should post his Business name, his name and his phone number on the internet and let some of us have a little fun with it. That would be one way to teach him he shouldn't play games with people. I'm sure their is a number of Marauder owners here that would have some fun with it. Does he have a web site?

That would be a fun thing but that would bring us down to his level. He is the one who lost out on owning a very nice Marauder.

If you gave him your bank information you may find that he is making a withdrawal instead of a deposit....
