I don't know of anybody going with a bar yet, everybody seems to go with a cage. I'd also like to see a roll bar, especially if it was configured to be a bolt-in so it could be removed for normal driving and re-installed when heading to the track. A roll bar is good to 10 seconds flat.

Only roll bars I have seen lately are on convertibles.

They really don't do anything unless you have some kind of reinforcement in the A-pillars to prevent them from being smashed in.
