Has anyone that has the Pioneer avic-F90BT experienced a problem getting a Pioneer CD changer to work with the head unit?
I ask because I was just told by the powers that be at Pioneer that I would not be able to control a pioneer CD changer from my Avic F90BT.
The tech said that I would have to use an FM modulated changer which I really don't care to do.
I was thinking that all that would be needed would be to run an IP bus cable from the changer to the head unit and that would be it.
But (according to Pioneer) thats not the case.
All feedback is welcome.
Thanks

If I remember right they do not support the changer. Thet are geared towards I Pod use. Not many people use the changers these days. I Pod and SD cards and USB is making them obselete. The Pioneer changers will not support MP3 either. Hope this helps.

Further, it plays DL DVD's which will hold over 1000 songs per each. There is absolutely no need in the world for a changer on this unit. None.
