Car idle all over the map and stalling

A couple of weeks ago my car threw P0174 P0171 and started stalling when hard braking and turning. I cleaned the MAF with MAF cleaner, twice. It still happened so I cleaned the throttle body and IAC. It continued happening, I just drove the car 200 miles and it has gotten progressively worse and now it stalls at most stops, the idle is all over the map dipping and surging and if I put it in neutral, the idle goes up as high as 3000rpm but in drive mostly dips below 500 a couple of times and dies. Continues to throw lean codes.

I am planning on locating a new IAC tomorrow but I am concerned that the erratic neutral behavior can't be explained by this. I am 200 miles from home don't want to drive it back like this.

I have looked for frayed wires but haven't really located the loom I have read about.

Prolly the IAC, but look for vacuum lines disconnected/broken in the meantime.

Sure enough I got under hood this morning and found a massive vacuum leak where the PCV system enters the intake.

Thanks for tips! Couldn't find a vacuum diagram anywhere, tho.

It's a vac leak for sure. Unmetered air with run the car lean.
