I want to put the stock front tire size 235/50/18 on all four rims, will this throw any kind of codes abs, etc??

I do have traction control and I do have a sct tune so will I have to adjust something with the tune?

No, You can only do that on a 300A, they do not have traction control.

I just found another thread saying all you have to do is turn the traction control off whenever you drive the car but I'm concerned on what I should set the revs per mile at

Why are you doing this?
If it's due to unavailability of the BFG OEM rears, go to an aftermarket tire, you'll be much happier, IMO.
As for T/C issues, if you do go to the same size in all four corners just turn off the T/C whenever you drive the car.
