I am looking at an MM - 6000 miles as a demonstrator - what would be a realistic price for this car.
Also - what would best price I should go for if looking at a new (non demonstrator).

Thanks for the help.

Do little search on here. You'll find lots more info. My opinion, based on what I have seen:

Demonstrator w/ 6k mi. = $24k-25k + full warranty (maybe ESP)

Non Demo = $27k - $29k depending on location, willingness to travel to get one and length of time MM was on lot.

Local place has a demonstrator on the lot with 5k mi. asking $29500. Which is ridiculous, considering they had it sittin' for over a year and you can easily buy a brand new one for 29k

I picked my MM about three weeks ago and it was considered a demo. It had 4100 miles on it. I got it for A-plan pricing with out needing to supply A-plan papers, plus $5000 in rebates! When it was all said and done with taxes, plates, destination, etc. It was 27,600 out the door... with the full normal new car warranty and all. I bought no other extra warranty and other junk what so ever.

In the Detroit area from what I can tell, it seems to be normal to sell demos at A-plan price with out needing A-plan papers.

Thanks

I would entertain an offer on a reely purty blue `03 with 3k miles and a trilogy blower :) hehe

Seriously though, if you're in Indiana and you buy a Marauder, stop by and drive my car. Once you have, you'll be visiting our friends in Dearborn/Mt. Clemens before you know it!

The Ford/Mercury dealer in Greenfield, Indiana has a 300A demo. I know that it has a few miles on it because the last time I was in there they were changing the oil :)
