we have some nice radios in our cars I must say, are they XM ready though?
I checked the manual, did not say anything about it.....

..oh.. ps... does anyone know what size the front speakers are.. I thinkI want to replace them... thanks guys!!!!

No, they're not XM ready. Speakers at all four corners are 6x8's.

The front and rear speakers are 6x8. Check out the thread near the top of the Garage forum. There is excellent information there on speaker replacement.

I saw Alpine's harness for using between Alpine XM unit and most of Ford's factory heads. Something like that:

Is it not like a Pioneer's IP-BUS? Not stackable? It should be...
I will look at Alpine's XM-unit at BestBuy when I will have a chance.
