I am looking for a set to swap,as we all know the 04s were lacking in color.I have a powder coater near me.So I can get the ones I swap coated for any one any color.

Go to the VHT (Very High Temp) web site and check out the Engine paint line.

Buy the cleaner / adhesion promotor-primer / and the color paint you want and the clear coat.

Another word's paint them yourself. there are video's on U-tube on how it works and how to do it and the result's you can get.

Lot's of color's available so you can make your engine stand appart from others. It's about $8.50 per can on each.

I tell ya I was blown away and really though he had powder coated them.
He did the chrome paint on them first let it set up then he did the Anodized paint on top of them in blue and it looked absolutly increadable. I wish I had a camera at the time.

Do they have to be Marauder covers?...are they all the same? forgive my lack of 4v cover knowledge.

The Marauder covers are slightly different then Mustang covers. The location of the breather is all the way to the back on the driver side mustang cover compared to the center location of the Marauder. and the PVC valve is bolted in on the Marauder cover rather then held in with a grommet on the mustang cover.
Its covered in my install thread. My cam covers are for a Mustang but made them work on a Marauder with slight modification.
