Is your radiator fan working? At those temps it should be
running at high speed and readily apparent.

Mine ran about 215* at 95* outside in stop and go traffic!!

The A/C condenser AND your Air to Air intercooler produce a lot of heat and will run you up to 230*+ when the temps get to 100* or better!!:help:

I bought some water wetter and cut my anti-freeze down to about 30% and my temps dropped from 215* to 220* on 95*+ days to 202* or less!!

I have only run it a few days but the system is quite a bit cooler!!:D

Someone told me that 240* won't hurt anything but I wouldn't be comfortable running with temperature that high!!:shake:

If your cooling fan is not running you will see a very quick rise when stopped in traffic.:argue:

Try "Hy-Per Lube Super Coolant".....I got it at Wal-Mart for a little over $6.00!!

Had the same problem--turned out to be debris clogged radiator--pressure wash down of the radiator took care of it---hope this works, Maury
