BIG a## food!!!! GRRRREAAAT!!
There is a restaurant off rte 30 (exit 24 I think) in York It use to be a Rutters , but it's a new name now.
Good parking and the food is good. Help me out here, Rich. The website doesn't mention a Shady Maple in York (buffet looks great!) York and East Earl are 44 miles apart.

Found Rutter's (http://www.rutters.com/) website.

Knowing the crew we have in tow, we need a sit-down place with hot food to start the day. If we can't nail down a definite location in the next day (by Tuesday), we're better off eating at or near the hotel.

Found a Cracker Barrel:
York, PA
I-83 , Exit# 16A
I-83 & State Route 74 (Queen St)
236 Pauline Drive
York, PA 17402-4625
Located off I-83
*Bus & RV Parking Available
(717) 741-0938

If you have confirmed local knowledge of a spot, please chime in.

The Cracker Barrel is fine with me amd mine.
BTW, Has anyone thought about stopping in at the new Cabellas store? It's located at rtes 78 and 61 in Hamburg (above Reading).

Mr. Mad: I am not sure we have firmed things up well enough to say exactly where we will be on Saturday morning, although we do know we will be sleeping off a bad chocolate hangover. You can definitely reach us on FRS channel 5 or my cell phone 914-582-6262.

PLEASE NOTE: the Amish will not let you use power tools to modify and install badges in the parking lot. Please plan accordingly.

Shady Maple Smorgasgord is @ 129 Toddy Drive in East Earl near York 5am to 8 pm. They can feed over a thousand people (or 570 BigDogs) at a time. Too far for breakfast, but might be a good dinner choice. For $11.49 you get 46 salad bar items, 3 soups, 8 homemade breads, & rolls, 4 cheeses, 8 meats, 14 vegetables, 10 cold desserts, 3 hot deserts, 8 pies, 6 cakes, sundae bar & many beverages. This Marauder group is no match for this place.....they just don't run out of food.

Good Morning to ALL. I'm planning on arriving at the Hotel around 8:30am. I'm looking forward to the HD tour. brewery tour (ah beer), chocilate, and food. My golf clubs are always in the truck so if it's nice on Sunday, I'll need my weekly fix. I heard Hershey CC pretty nice.

Only 4 days!

Okay you forced my hand, I gotta jump in here. Since I'm the resident expert of where and how to eat, we gotta do Miller's Smogasboard in Lancaster on Saturday night. They'll blow away any buffet you've ever been to or my name isn't Big Dog!

I've hurt myself plenty of times when I used to drive a tour bus at Miller's Just the thought makes me want to ouch!

Check it out....

http://www.millerssmorgasbord.com/millersfood.htm#dinner

Marty: You will move and set up a new firm just to be close to the eats, guaranteed!

Mad: You'll find a computer job in the area also.

Mac: Time to get out of Chicago and join a local police force

Bunny: Starve yourself for days before, you'll go home and tell your boss you want a transfer.

Oh, by the way, did I mention the food was out of this world; can't make up my mind - is Miller's better than chocolate? Gotta really think about this.....

The whole truth and nothing but the truth!
