Leather Jacket

Just received the 2004 Marauder brochure. I didn't see any mention of the leather coat. Is this another decontented item?

I bought an 04 and the dealer told me I would get a jacket. Maybe he doesn't know?

I will hold him to his word.

I just checked the Mercury web site for the Marauder and it states you get a leather jacket with the "04" Marauder on the very first screen!

As usual the buyer knows or has to know more about the Marauder than the salesman.
And don't let them charge you extra for the speed control radio feature.They don't even know the car has it and may tell you,it's optional?

At our MM roundup in Ohio the dealer (Mark Rush LM) gave one away during door prize give away. It had been donated by a previous MM owner.

I wish I had bought my Marauder at Rush.He seems to understand the car enthusiast and what Mercury should have done to create some excitement around the Marauder.

Congradulations on your new Marauder purchases people. When I bought mine in January the dealer said "Oh you should be reciving a leather jacket in the mail." I turned to the wife and said "Ya its probbaly some pleather biker coat!" The card came and I mailed it back With my regular size. When I opened it up I amost fell on my A$$! All I can say is that the coat was worth buying the car for.
