Just for my info, is the antenna extender an OEM item or is that aftermarket to get better reception since we dont have a true antenna?

I couldn't tell much difference on FM, but it screwed AM up even worse than stock.

Damn, I thought you had a Stereo waterpump, not a stereo and a water pump.. My radio is overheating on AM and shooting antifreeze out of the top of it when listening to country music on FM.

Absolutely. Can't powdercoat them but regular paint will hold up fine. I painted mine gray.
