Almost raced a State trooper

Well I was on my way into work this afternoon, I was making a left onto a 2 lane road, at the same time a Massachusetts state trooper was coming from the opposing direction and he took a right onto the same road, I was maybe 3 car lengths ahead of him and then I heard him NAIL it (No lights flashing) and he blew by me! So then I come up to the longest red light in the US, and he's sitting in the right lane and I pull up beside him in the left lane, it's a nice day here in Mass so I had all my windows down, I could feel his eyes burning a hole through me while we waited at the light, he broke the silence by saying........ Its tempting ain't it! I replied....... You have NO IDEA! He said, yeah right! I wanna race as much as you do! Lol he said ugghhhhh but we can't:( I said, I know:( Then he said, besides you would probably beat me anyway because I have all this extra weight on my car and he pointed at his push bar, then I said you can take every accessory you have off that car and I would walk away from you every time!:D He started dieing laughing!:rofl: and the light turned green and he drove off.

Funny you mention this, a couple weeks ago I had an off duty sheriff in his personal charger r/t nail it from the light after thinking about it for almost a mile I said "Aint no friggin way that i'm gonna let that POS have bragging rights that he simply could NEVER achieve!" So I put the hammer down, caught up, and nailed it again, he never even bothered after that!

Anyone you know Dalaw? It was a dupage guy and the color is grey.

Good Story, I got pulled over going 51 in a 45 this week...guy was a real Weener about it. I was even in my Sheriffs Uniform coming home from a 12.5hr night shift.

Officer says, "You gotta reason to be speeding?"

I said, "Nope, I just got done working a 12.5hr shift and I have to use the restroom...but thats an excuse right?"

He says, "I don't care if you do work for the sheriffs department, If I pull you over again...I'm going to write you a ticket. Have a Nice Day."

I just laughed and drove off...get a life man, then after you get that...take a pill.



Told my wife about it, she tol me hes probably just jealous of my car. LOL

What time was it when you crossed paths with this guy? There are 2 guys that owns chargers, one works days and one that works my shift on afternoons.

I would have punched it. It would have been worth the arrest. I doubt the police officer would have given you the shaft for it. That's still a great story!

Of course I am going to tell him, he is one of our FNG's
(F*****g new guy) and I get to bust his chops until his is off probation. And then I am going to tell him if he continues to embarass the office by driving that silly Charger and not getting a Marauder he will be assigned to midnight shift until he retires!!!!!:D:D:D:lol:
