Dispite rough times life throws at us sometimes I just looked at my car after a wash and thought "Wow, this car still excites me. Even more now than when it was new."

It's a nice feeling we can all enjoy the little things in life like this.

Long Live The Marauder.

Mine's name is Suzy and she wants me to get some rubbers for us! :burnout:

Sometimes I walk out to the garage just to take a look and think.....

I've built cars, painted cars, restored cars. I remember all the great times I've had in my first car, and all the DNA I spilled in the back seat.
BUT..................
If you put a car, ANY car in front of a good woman, you are a lonely, lonely, pathetic boy.

I've been with my lady for 23 years, so with that said, I disagree.:D

i got my woman and my kids. and the marauder is just the cherry on top of all it. my wife loves the car(but hates it when the girls are checking me out drving it). The kids have loved the car since day one. And theres nothing like running by these ricer clowns. and when i start her up near a crowd of people and those flowmasters get to roarin. all the eyes just turn towards her, i love that. so i definitely know what you mean when you say she does it for ya.

oh yeah my black beauty is named maria. i know im not the onyl one who named theres.

I get that feeling when you're walking out of a store, or returning to your Marauder. It comes into view and it just hits you that you own that sinister machine........and it's waiting for you.

Here's something for your Maria from me,back when this song came out I was head over heels for a little fox named Maria who worked with me and they played the daylights out of the song on the radio but I never tired of it.it still brings a ton of memories back when ever I hear it.Sorry about the funky video (I ain't got a clue how they picked it for that song) but it's a good reproduction of the song.I hope you like it.

I can't keep my eyes off my car and still get the "warm and fuzzy's" every time i see her, drive her, wash, etc. She is the first thing I look at in the morning and the last @ nite. Still love her........my wife ranks up there too!!!

I'm glad you liked it,that's one advantage to being eligible for AARP,we've probably heard darn near all of the good music that's come along so far.
Maybe you can download it somehow and play it when you're out cruisin' in your Maria.Heck maybe Dom or somebody with some techno savvy can help me download some of the stuff I like off You Tube onto cd's I can play in the Red Sled, the Tootsie Roll, and the Big Red Bug Killer.(yep,I name my wheels too,and my firearms. My son thinks I'm nuts but he still calls some of my old vehicles and guns by their "names".)

Man, I freaking live for that. Especially if I'm walking up to it on a hill or after a long beaten down day, at least I have the drive home to actually look forward to.

Why do most people own Marauders?...PASSION. They are the cats butt and a bag of potato chips on the side my friends.
