Your vehicle should be covered under E.O. D-213-24 25,26,27 . Just make sure the correct Executive Order is in the label and the kit part number is 4FL218-110. Check out a copy of the Executive Orders at this website:

FYI, another member had a NOVI Kit installed by Dennis Reinhart.
