Hello MM.net :banana2:

My names Matt, i am in the USAF out of dover, delaware. Ive been in for 6 years now and am about to get moved to dyess afb, texas. The AF is giving me a nice re-sign bonus so i will be picking up a Marauder when i get down there. I have always dreamed of owning a black one for as long as i can remember, so nows my chance! I would like to meet some of you texas guys when i get down there and settled in. I also have a 1950 cadillac and a few cafe and chopper bikes. I am also the founder of The Grave Shifters C.C.

Thanks in advance for this site and i hope to be using the search often to gather info for the future.

Matt

Hi Ho Matt;

The North Texas Marauders, (don't let the North fool you) have members flung all over the Lone Star State.

James79Stang is in San Angelo and is very active with the club and local venues.

When you are ready to buy send him a PM and he will be glad to assist where he can, he knows Marauders.

Welcome to the site.

There are many MM's advertised here so I'm sure there's a selection you can chose from, stock to supercharged.

Good luck

Pat

If you're anywhere near south-central Texas you can always get in touch with any of the Alamo Area Marauders and we'll be glad to welcome you down. :)

Random question for TX guys, how many letters are you allowed on your custom plates (lic tags)? And is there a TX DMV link out there to see if a custom tag is already taken?

Just went to 7.....a little too late for mine....

Here ya go: http://www.dot.state.tx.us/drivers_vehicles/license_plates/default.htm

And to check availability: http://rts.texasonline.state.tx.us/NASApp/txdotrts/SpecialPlateOrderServlet?grpid =40&pltid=170

But they havent fixed it to accept 7 letters....you can go to you local count tax office to check it there.
