Good deal for a true trac and install?

A shop quoted me $700 for a Detroit True Trac installed. That includes labor and the install kit. Last month it was $750 and now they are telling me $700 and it can be done in a day. Drop it off at 9am get it at 3pm.

Sound good?

If memory serves, a Truetrac retails for at least $495 new, if not $595, so I would say this sounds like a good deal.
