That bird looks very focused on its work when you look at the eye. Nice job Paul!

Impressive Hack!

I have tried for years to catch the few in my backyard and never have the Nikon ready when they are about.

They sound like giant bees too since their wings are flapping quite fast. They are speedy little buggers. I have one that visits the flower baskets on the porch. Never have a camera handy.

Nice pics!

Does that feeder leak when wind is moving it?

I've had to return two already this summer for leaking out the bird access holes. One was similar to photos you posted, other was a bottle with glass tube out the bottom.

Nice Pics Paul. Hummingbirds are very cool.. The little buggers are very territorial and can be very entertaining .

Those are terrific pics.I love watching them.Everyone around has their feeders out but we have only seen one this year.Guess they are visiting elsewhere.

I have feeders up too. Patience indeed, getting those pics! Only time I saw one last year I thought a large bee came and checked me out, then punched it to warp 3.

Crazy fast!
