Sniper Interface

Does anyone have any experience with the Sniper Interface? Can one have his laptop computer permanently connected to the OBD port thru the interface and make changes without stopping and restarting the engine? What would be the best tuner to buy, if not the Sniper? L -o-

There's the SCT's pro racer package (and you flash the car with an X-Cal you need to buy that separate, if you don't alredy have one), I'm getting that or the Sniper Comando package. I can't decide :confused:
