With all the drama going on here lately I think we all need to relax. Let's think of something here. We all have a great car that we all enjoy and have helped ourselves out may times. We have saved ourselves may dollars by showing how to solve a problem or even advice as to what product is best for us. Wither it's performance or a replacement part that is different than stock. We can look up almost anything for the car at the click of a keyboard.
A lot of us know each other personally and have become good friends with other members. I am honestly saying that I have met people in our club that have become my friends. Friends I will be there for even if the time for the Marauder passes. The meets are wonderful and there really seems to be no age barrier or at least from my point of view. We can all get along just fine and like friends and family we all have conflict every now and then and we always have a person or two that some of us just don't want around.
Who knows how long this will last? Another five years? Another 10 years? We are all linked together here in the club. Keep enjoying the car, keep posting and keep welcoming in new people. This club turned out to be more than I ever thought a car club could be. Let's keep it together. I am glad some people actually go away for a little while, cool off and come back. It's like a relationship or even a project, sometimes you will need to walk away before you do or say anything you might regret.
"These are the good old days" Who knows where we will all be by the time our Marauders are due for a new paint job? Where will all the great people be? Will they all still be here? The answer to that can only be answered with time. Keep going to the meets, keep posting up, let's keep it together and not let a good thing go to waste.

I agree Dom. From what I have seen at many of the meets that I have attended, there doesn't seem to be any barriers at all. MM owners are a very diverse group of folks and all get along very well.

Ha ha I think by the time my black car would need a $5,000 paint job though the car would only be worth $5,000 !! I wonder how far into the future that would be...

Thumbs up on your sentiment Dom! This MM community is awesome. I know some folks don't always see eye to eye and sometime there's a bit of mud slinging BUT- what family doesn't have that?
By the way- meeting you last week was a 10 on the richter scale...My brother really likes my NA Marauder but now you have him all jonesing for a blown one. And yes, the college kids down the street do have faster reflexes (to dodge light speed test runs) but in my humble opinion, take it down to Cortland or on the dead end streets by the river to give people rides...Don says driving with you is better than the E-ticket rides at Disneyland!!!!
I'll be back in town in a couple weeks and this time, the cold frosty beverages are on me.

To be honest with you, I write really well when I am mad or have that certian feeling going. I'm pretty bad at english and I still have to be corrected on a few words every now and then, even here on the site.
Yes, you spelled must incorrectly. :D

I just signed up for a 4 hour lapping session at a local track in 10 days. I might, stress *might* be able to take it for a lap of the track at Edmonton Indy. That would rock!

I mispelled 'mispelings';it should be 'mispellings'. And 'definetly' is spelled 'definitely'.
I have never seen this word spelled correctly on this site.
