in a good way that is ;). since i had off friday i figured, eh what the hell, and started to bolt on my kooks. and ill have to say its a real PITA. also started my custom ram air set up by moving the air suspension pump.

just made 3 simple brackets to hold it implace. i may redo the top one to make it look a little better but it works for now.

i found this kind of intresting, on the little white box that connected to the compressor is inscribed, marauder.

and one of the remaining header i have to install.

Looks Good. Perhaps you should wrap the compressor (black cylindar) with some reflective heat tape. Looks pretty close to the KOOKS.

Did you have to mess with engine mounts and raise up the block to get the KOOKS installed on the drivers side? What did you use for header bolts and gaskets?

the pump is over a foot away, no need to wrap it with anything, i only have the drivers side on thus far, about to put the second on now

well ive since wired up the air suspension pump and began making my custom scoop for the ram air set up. also installed my 180 t-stat and emp water pump but after i got the pump on i found out its the wrong one!!!

BEWARE when buying the emp pump, there are 2 different lengths and our cars need the short one.

also today i welded up the rest of the exhaust, just need some bolts to put it on.

Doh! The Long pump is for 2001 Models. That should have been a "no brainer" e.g. There's no 2001 Marauder (Or Mach I..)

:stupid:

Also, how hard was it to install the headers? Did you have to mess with engine mounts and raise up the block? Old bolts come out ok? What did you use for header bolts?? Share the wealth!

I wouldn't be surprised at a 45hp or so gain from this. Get yourself some sticky sneakers and take Glenn's check.

I'm sure the Nazty IT will push him into the 12's :shake: . 320 RWHP is the minimum needed to run 12s under ideal conditions.

well i sorta failed and didnt get some inprogress pics but you can get the idea for these.

well i filled the 2 mold cavitys with some very fine concrete and let them set a day or 2. them i fliped em over and pulled the plywood off the back to reveil the under side of the pink foam. i then put some laquor thinner on the foam to disolve it and was left with this.

now the dark color stuff is wax as these pics were taken after i already pulled the 2 halfs out. its spotty because some of the wax came out with the intake halfs.

heres a few of the halfs already bonded together
