and feeling like a newbie! 138 posts in my absence, and I decided not to read any of them.
The fishing trip was a trip, a lot of fun, and curtailed early due to foul weather with no hope for change before the scheduled end. So, we wapped it up early, and I'm home 16 hours ahead of schedule.
I'm looking at a brief turn around before leaving out for our "raid on Chocolate Town" this Friday/Sat/Sun in Hershey, PA. I'll be leaving Chicago Thursday, and following a route through Columbus OH., arriving in Hershey sometime midday Friday, 10/17/03.
Any suggestions from the OH crew on where to lay over Thursday evening? I have a knack for picking the best accomodations OTR, just to arrive and discover a newly installed moat around the facilities. I would like to avoid that. E-me at SergntMac@aol.com with your suggestions.
Aside from that, I'm enjoying my newbie status...Y'all have to fill me in on what's new here, K?
So...What's new?

The most important thing is that Logan has just discovered our cars have air bags instead of springs in the back.
:D :D :D

Glad to have you back!

You don't read enough of them stories here?
Ummm...Okay, I'm up early and hunting Muskies, maybe a Big Mouth Bass? Last year here, I got my first 5.5 pound BM Bass, but I'm looking for a new experience now donchano...
And all I seem to hook are the usual Northern Pikes. Feisty 'lil devils they are too...Pesky. I drug 3 into custody, 22", 24" and a 25". Must be my aftershave, eh? Fish stories...okay, I heard this said..."I got almost 50 pounds of sweet buttery melt-in-your-mouth meat off of just them 3..." Can I fish or what...
Desktop fishing...What a concept.

Well...My heartfelt thanks to y'all for the updates.
Sorry to hear about Logan's fat lip, and y'all can tell the DOT to "come get me, screw!" LOL...
Gongrats Mad, your dyno stats seems ideal to me. Good numbers, but more importantly, flat lines. Curves are sexy, peaks are entertaining, but for once in our male lives...Flat is good! Good Lord, Mad, I pray you want to build more...

Ummm...I have been missed, eh? LOL!
"Marty ran a 12.5 at E-town...."
"While you were gone Dennis was able to design mods to get 450RWHP on a NA MM, called it Stage 100. The kit was only on sale for a week!" 12.7, 12.9, 12.3, 12.6, 12.4, 12.8...Jeeze Louise! Seems y'all didn't need my fish story at all!
BTW, I'm leaving again in the morning (10/16/03) but I won't be out of contact as much as I was this past week. I'm heading out again to our MM.net--Hershey, PA. meet, our "raid on chocolate town." But, I'll be connected here and there along my route, and hooking up with close friends from this here site once I arrive, so, keep the stories coming, eh?
I'll be laying over one night, (both there and back) in Columbus OH., and while I'm on the road, I can be reached at 312.401.1396. Any of you Columbus area owners want to hook up for a beer or two on 10/16 in the PM, or 10/20 in the PM, give me a call?
To any of y'all who are also traveling to this event...Safe journey, my friend, see you there!
