Does any one have any links and or photos for alternative 18" rims for the rear of the Marauder, if so please email me.

Or better yet... Post that information on here! I had a set of Nitto 555R's on today and they're looking pretty fat. If the rain clears up tomorrow, it's a trip to the drag strip and they're back off until the spring.

Dennis: Lidio was talking about doing something like that by widening teh stock rims. Have you spoken to him about this?

Lidio posted somewhere on here pics of the way he had 2" fillers welded into his rear stock rims. They turned out good, and from what I understand, this is a safe alternative to a wider wheel.

Dennis: As far as NEW wheels, many of us have looked, but all have failed, as none of the aftermarket companies offer an exact offset. Good luck though....I figure you will create your own if all else fails. Let us know.

Steve Babcock explained the Marauder's strange offset-
The shocks are in the wheel well.
That combined with 18" wheels equals no options.

I believe that Boyd Coddington can make you what you want. Their stuff is the ****z.

I knew I saw them somewhere else. Take a look at this thread too: http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3579&highlight=boyd
