EDIT: Car is now sold. It was picked up a little bit ago...
Ok...I hate to do it, and really do not have to, but I don't feel it is fair, or good for the car, to sit for so long without getting driven more, plus I have a plan for my new future automotive needs, and it involves a '65-'66 Mustang Convertible...:)
I am selling my 2004 Trilogy Supercharged Marauder.
$18000.00
Let's get this part out of the way...I'm not desperate in any way, shape, or form to sell it. I feel the car is worth that, and at some point, someone will be looking for a nice modified MM, and will come talk to me. So...No need for the short remarks from everyone saying "good luck with that...". I'm selling it because I have new plans for myself, and am ready for a change. Hate to sound rude, but I was reading some of the other ads, and a lot of people just needed to keep their opinions to themselves and quit trying to stir the pot.
Pictures can be seen at the link below. I will post new updated pics when I get a chance to get the car out of the garage where it is blocked in by the Bronco, but basically, the car looks identical to the pictures that have been taken over the years.
http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=butch%27s%20marauder&w=62283692%40N00
In the pictures, you will see the car before the Kenwood A/V system was installed, and a few before the supercharger was installed, but you get the general idea for a start of what the car has to offer. Some of the pictures have descriptions with them.
Car has:
Black exterior
Charcoal interior
Moonroof
Heated seats
Trilogy supercharger #45 - Stock pulley - I sold the 3" one last year to someone who needed it more than I did.
Around 380HP with stock pulley. Made 425 on 3".
Kenwood A/V DVD system with SatNav
Sirius Sat Radio integrated into Kenwood
15" overhead backseat TV connected to Kenwood system
Widened rear wheels
Nitto rear tires 295-45-18
Two sets of floor mats. One for show, and one for all other times
Series 40 Flowmaster Mufflers
Front & Rear replacement god head emblems
Diablosport Predator programmer with custom dyno tune installed. Kind of a "backup" of the dyno tune in case you ever need it. Car also comes with the original chip from Trilogy, to be used "just in case" something happens to the custom dyno tune.
A little less than 20000 miles on car
Car runs great & looks great. I would not have a 2nd thought on taking the car on a trip, or to a car show.
Probably other things I can't think of right now...please ask questions and I will do my best to answer them.
If interested, send me an email.
Thanks,
Butch

Oh...and I am going to blame the NC DMV for taking my personalized license plate away for the reason I am selling the car.....:mad2:

Very nice MM Butch!
BTW, I think your car is a steal @ $20,000.00. Hope it sells quickly for you!
We have bone-stock MMs listed at $14K, and it appearsmost folks are okay with that, but put up a gem like yours around $20K (and I'm just spit-balling that you have $12-$15K in adders), and it appears some get their feathers ruffled. Just my opinion, and last I checked it's still a free country, kind of, so good luck with the sale! In full disclosure, I have a 2003 MM 300A on the site, with a lot less stuff, listed for more money. So, good luck with that, right?
I think you’ve got to ask yourself what you could by with this kind of performance, and as unique and cool as the MM is, for that type of dough. My opinion is that the list is short, but I have been wrong before. As has been famously said, it is hard to be a prophet in your own land.
Again, good luck.

Tom - You do have the right though to smack KillJoy in the back of the head for being a smart a** to my post.

I have found a couple of nice 66 Mustang Convertibles for sale that I like, so I am a little more inclined to sell the Marauder. I lowered the price to $18000.00. Let me know if you are interested. See the first post for info.
Thanks,
Butch

Oh yeah...My 1st phase of my new vehicle plan is done...I traded my Suburban in on a new tow vehicle for my boat. I bought a...(get this)...a Kia Borrego Limited. Yes, a Kia for a tow vehicle! I got to doing a LOT of research on towing SUVs, and found the Kia Borrego with the v8 to be my best option $ for $. It has a stock 7500 lbs towing capacity. Almost as much as the much bigger SUVs, plus this thing is FULLY loaded, and was $10000 less than a new Suburban or Durango. Boat and trailer only weigh in at 4000 lbs, so I have a lot of power still to go.
Honestly, I was worried about getting a Kia at first, but after reading three magazine articles from towing/camping/boating magazines, and all of them giving it great ratings, I decided to go for it. Very happy I did. Not as big and roomy as the Suburban was, but the Borrego is actually considered a large sized SUV, even though I would consider it more of a mid-sized one. The v8 is VERY powerful, and plenty of torque. Pretty fun to drive.

Now...Step two...Sell the Marauder so I can get one of those Mustang Convertibles I have been drooling over.
