View Full Version : Spiffying up Sherman's engine bay.

Doin alittle maintenance on Sherm's car so I decided to clean up the blower with some powder.

Single stage chrome from eastwood with semi black and bright red for the emblem.

Chrome already applied and cured just did the emblem tonite. What a task to get the color in there. This is before the color was baked.

The silver is eastwood's single stage reflective chrome powder. I just got done clearing it. I'll take some more pics tomorrow.

Thanks for the compliments.

The little pits are pores in the casting I was hoping the powder would fill in, but it didn't. Next time i'll have to prime it and sand before I coat.
