The THIRD annual Texas Marauder roundup at Centerville!

As stated by Vortex in another thread, we can't seem to get the lurkers and new owners to join us and revive the Marauder - exclusive group--at one time, we could have up to 21 Marauders at a single meet--we can do that again if we get our act together. The Centerville meet will be a great chance for the oldies and newbes to have a great time--let's really make an effort to make this one a success--I'm in---come join Wes and me----Maury

I posted the image of this year's decal on the other two threads, now I'm posting the image here. Cost will be between $6.00 and $8.00. Please place your orders, pay at the meet, can order at the meet, decal will be mailed to you.

Since this is the third time at Fort Boggy, I wanted to depict the Indian heritage of the area.

Fort Boggy doesn't rate more than a line or two in the history books but it does have a certain history. So, It's "remember the Indian" this year.

Next year something else that will have an historical or significant meaning.

I welcome any suggestions.

I just reviewed the last 2 meetings---seems that the DFW gang all arrived at the Whattaburger in Ennis at 9:15 AM--gets us to Centerville a little before 11--time to do some shopping at the BBQ shop. I'll post my departure time and and route in a couple days--Sam and Bill and Kay---will you be joining me. Vortex and Pat enroute ???? Dig out your walkie-talkies and check the batteries--I'll be on Channel 6. I'm really looking forward to the trip--been stuck locally all summer. Let's keep this thread current--those from the DFW area please sign in so we can make definite plans. See you there, Maury

Ill be at the Ennis Whataburger on I-45 on 1 November at 9 AM (or a little earlier). See you guys there. Pat, you and James have a safe trip on MMVII too.

Sorry Guys! It is likely that I won't be making the trip this year. We will be returning from a drive of about 2500 miles just about that time. Maybe next year. Have a good trip and post lots of pictures! :burn:
