never have any thing go wrong with here i have had here since new and have about 30k miles on her
Could be due for some maintenance, even if it's only got 30 thou on it. Had the injectors cleaned lately? Is the car throwing any codes? Advanced Auto will check for codes for free around here.

Is it stock and if not what mods have you done?
Is it during normal driving or when you get in it?
What things have you checked thus far?

Yeah just tell them it is running a little rough and can they scan it. Maybe it will help point you in the right direction. Good luck, let us know.

Depends on severity of what thre the code.
Bad cop won't always throw code or trigger light.

Mine had a very strange symptom similar to the bucking. It would get worse the longer I drove it. Never showed up in city driving. It was coding fuel pressure rail malfunction. Replaced fuel filter and the Fuel rail pressure regulator and it didn't cure it. It was a bear to troubleshoot because it would only do it when it was really warmed up (like 50 miles into a roadtrip) and then it woudl go away once you had it cooled down. I was pondering replacing the fuel pump next.
It was making me nuts until one day I went out to start her up after she sat for a week and it turned over really slowly...the battery was the original one...anyways, once I replaced the battery the codes never came back nor did the fuel delivery issues. I didn't notice the voltage guage reading low but I suspect it was. I know the battery isn't supplying juice once the car is started but I think it may have been somehow monkeying up the fuel pump.
Anyways, thats my story about bucking weirdness

You eyeballed the plugs, too? If you consider changing the COP's, buy 4 and swap out one side. Test drive. No change, put the 4 new ones on the other side. If still no change, you know it's something else, and you at least have 4 spares.

I had bucking that felt kind of like going over a rumble strip at 40-45 MPH with the TC locked and light or no acceleration!!!:mad2: Put up with it for months but eliminated it COMPLETELY with the Granatelli solid COP connectors!!
Some have not had my good luck but I stand by them now after 4 years or so and 202,000 miles with 118,000 of those miles with the ProCharger!!:bows:

I had the problem with cops on the way to and from Kentucky last year, It was realatively easy to fix since i could get it to act up just by reving the engine once warm. All it took was swapping one at a time in the driveway. My .02 cents check the cops. Some say they rarely cause a problem others say Ford cops are notorious for having bad ones.

i know what it is now it is the ignition coil now where is at and can i change it on my own ????

How did you determine that? These motors don't have "an" ignition coil, they have 8 of them, one mounted on top of each spark plug.

I vote COP as well. '98-up Town Cars also have this issue, it's usually a bad COP or 'torque converter shudder' which seems normally cured with a flush and fill with a good quality (or synthetic) fluid.
Once you determine that it's a coil: Each spark plug has one, remove it's bolt, pull the plug boot off the plug, and the coil will be in your hand...figuring out which one is bad is a little more difficult if it's not throwing a code. Some guys like to only buy 4 (they get expensive)...replace one side of the engine...if that cures the problem, great, if not, replace the old ones, and then replace the coils on the other side of the engine. 50/50 chance you'll fix it the first time if it's the problem. :)
