Marauder advice

When im going around 40-60 i can hear a grinding sound coming from the back of the car??? I was told it might be an axle how can i find out what it is . :uzi:

could also be fubared parking brake shoes (they SUCK just like any other hat-in-rotor parking brake shoe setup)

I am willing to bet that you have torn up your axle bearings. i would have that checked out as soon as possible because if that is true, your axle is resting against your axle housing. It starts out as a light hum on the freeway and only on the freeway. This gets very bad..very quick. It soon developes into a semi-violent grinding/vibrating. It happened to me and i waited too late and had to replace my entire housing (the end became "egg shaped") along with all of my gears due to some of the bearings rolling in between them. my warranty didnt cover this bcuz they said i had neglected it for to long. Needless to say....I..was..PISSED!!:fire: Please get it checked out b4 you end up in my shoes.
