Seen a Black traveling 75 south bound gettin off on the Windy Hill exit around 7:25 ish....
I believe it had a spoiler, no tint, older middle aged white male driving it
i tried to merge over to give u a thumbs up but a dumbass semi got in the way and i was tryin to get to the 285 exit

It may have been Todd or even Bill. Did the driver have white hair - that would be Bill? Both have Trilogy cars. Todd's is tinted - I do not believe Bill's is tinted.

No Spoiler on either car if I recall. Local black with a spoiler, Middle aged male driver?

Seen the vehicle from the side before the semi got in the way.... so i cant even tell u that info
