What day and time will the lap @ indy be?
I will be staying with family in Greensburg/Rushville instead of Indy.
What route are you taking to Metamora? Times?
Thank you and really looking forward to this event.

Looks like about an hour or 1 hour-15 minute commute from Muncie to Noblesville one-way. If you plan on taking part in more than one day's events, you may wish to consider getting a room at the Cambria Suites with us. That'll cut back on your travel time and let you participate in more of the unofficial activities that happen in and around the hotel. This also allows for more time to hang out and meet the members and socialize without worrying about travelling. JMHO and something worth considering.

I hear you, but I have quick access to I-69 so it is only about 45-50min to get to the hotel. I have 2 young children, I cannot justify ditching my wife with them over multiple nights for anything other than work. I am also dealing with a 10% pay cut, and triple the child care expenses from a year ago. I just can't spend money to stay in a hotel 45 minutes from my house.

While we'll leave registration open until the last minute, we really do need head counts for the meals we are providing, to make sure we have enough for everyone. This includes the Hog Roast, which we will use the Pizza Train count on Saturday. We also are providing the farewell breakfast on Sunday so this count is important too.

For the zoo and the museum, head count on location is fine.
