right now

I just got the 1991 Fox body with no engine and transmission

and I have full motor & transmission removed from a wrecked 2003 MM (300A)

so what do you recommend me to do :
- to install the motor with its transmission
or
- to install the motor with manual transmission, which transmission will fit ?

There have been a couple manual transmission swaps in MMs. May want to PM Master and Dennis Reinhart, they might be able to help you out.

Bolts right up. No worries. Just like having a manual mach 1, really. The computer will need masaging to avoid a couple of lights (none of which seem to effect performance) but apart from that is pretty straight forward.
Keep in mind that manual tranny engines came with a stronger crank.
For simplicity sake, I'd stick with the auto - especially since you alreaay have it - but either way you'll do fine.
Hope this helps.

Its easy. Just get a TR-3650 out of any 00-04 Mustang It'll bolt right up. Just install the correct 6 bolt flywheel and clutch too. Its pretty damn easy. You will need a custom tune though because the computer will go ******* not knowing where the trans is.

Don't use a T-45 they are weaker.

Even better. :) You'll want to gear the hell out of it though, 600's have taller gears.
