i dont fully understand your problem. i do have HID's and i did have problems that i later solved with them. but im a little confused as to what your issue is. are you saying that you can not get your low beams to fire at all or is it just stuck in high beam?

Yes please clarify what the problem is. Also what kit did you purchase?

The kit I got I had to reverse the pins in the factory plug for the high beams to properly with pulling back to flash and push lock forward to activate them.

You guys can't turn on the HIDs with leaving the lever in the middle (not push-locked, nor towards you)?

I am so lost.

Did you get a Single Beam or Bi-Xenon kit? I could you if I knew what kit you were talking about. Got a link or something to it?

Either way it sounds like a installation problem.

I think he is saying that to use his high beams he has to pull the lever toward him...as when you flash someone...but he use to use his high beams in normal style...pushing the lever forward....thats my interpretation....

That's what I was thinking, it sounds like he has a single beam kit that is running off the high beam pin to activate the system.

Check your plug, when looking at the HID plug that connects to the factory plug it will kind of like a pyramid.

Layout of the standard Bi-Xenon (High/Low) connector plug
.............Ground
High Beam Low Beam

The factory harness plug is

...............Ground/Black
HB - Green/Black LB - Blue/White

Double check your instructions and if you are still having a problem contact the company or person you bought it from.

I think what he's saying is in order to just get his lights on (lo-beam), he has to hold in the flash-to-pass lever.

Wow! Just to figure out what he's saying is going to be more difficult than fixing the actual problem.

MM_BKK, I also thought that's what he was trying to say...

...and I agree with ctrlraven that it sounds like they were installed wrong.

well, since you can only shine your high beam, one thing that will work for you is to actually insert your lights upside down. I know this sounds crazy, but anyone else who has made this mistake will agree with me. for about the first 2 weeks after installing my HID's i noticed that my low beams would shine significantly higher than my high beams. I flipped one around and sure enough my lights were completely out of sync (one high and one low). as i switched from high to low beam they both switched positions. I was an idiot...i know. but i learned a new trick. having your bulbs in upside down turns your highs to lows and vice versa. So, if you have to use you high beams for your lights to be on just flip your bulbs. you won't be able to ride with fog lights, but you wont blind passing drivers either. BTW I did have Bi-Xenon when i did this so if you dont, i dont know if it will work.
