Don't push on the gas and brakes at same time. Up to 60 back down to 10 mph. Don't come to a total stop. Repeat 3 or 4 times, then let cool. I think the procedure is over rated unless you are doing the 24 hours at sebring -- otherwise you are just wearing out your new pads all the faster.

Todd from TCE Performance mentioned this a while back that I thought was really important but also easy to do, applies to the Wilwood's or a stock setup
" A little reminder to you new guys; push them hard and they'll treat you well, however after heating up remember to allow ample cool down. This will always remain a challenge on an automatic tranny car where you have to hold your foot on the pedal at a stop. Get your foot off whenever you can after hard use or creep the car a bit to avoid hot spotting the rotor. The same damages can be done here as they can on stock rotors if you don't."

Yep, Todd stressed the same to me with the Wilwoods. I kinda enjoy wearing out my new pads..... that and working the Trilogy.:burn:

I just do 30-10 mph, 40-10 mph, 50-10 mph, 60-10 mph, stops with maybe 90% full stopping effort, and then drive the car for an extended time w/ no stopping to let the brakes cool
