Can I use my old K&N cleaner and oil on my JLT Filter? Or will it hurt it?

Air filter oil is air filter oil - the lables have been changed to protect the innocent!

Yup, and if you over-oil, you'll get the same results from either.

so how much oil u supposed to put on?

Very light, if you over oil it the oil can get on the MAF wire and you wont be happy as the car will run like crap.
