Freshly tuned up in June, then WTF? Looks like it got rolled but the passenger side is good?

LOL I just told my dad about this car that he could buy. It has brand new tires was serviced and complete tune up. But thats not all, they have the service records to prove it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Somebody needs an ass-whooping. These marauder wrecks have got to stop. :shake:
