just wondering if anyone has the 245's on the front. i have 255's on the rear and was wondering if anyone here has 255's on the rear and 245's on the front? does it mess with the traction control? if not how does it look? i think the 235's with the 255's look a bit small but i really like the 255's on the rear. so who here has 245's on the front? thanks for any info:D

I posted pics of my car with 245/55s on all 4. I think it looks better than stock, but you lose some steering response with such a tall sidewall on the front.

If you don't want to click through, here are the pics with 245/55s on all 4 corners.
245/55/18 on both the front and rear:

Running Goodyear edge with 245' front 255's rear no problem with traction control or abs. Much better on wet pavement and a lot less noise than the KDW2

I had in the past 235's on the front with 245's on the rear. Then 245's on the front with 255's in the rear, Now i have 255's on the front with 295's on the rear, never had a problem with the Traction Control at any time.

I'm glad you posted that, ^^^^^^^^^^ I've been toying with the idea of 255/45/18, in front to go with the 285/50/18's on the rear. BTW has anyone heard of Rotella F105's, they've got good numbers.

FTI I have Nitto 555's all the way around now. Their was one or two members a long time ago who had the stock Brand tires on front( 255's )and had a small problem with them rubbing a little. I've had my combo a long time now with no issues. A few members here have the Stock BFG's 245's on front with 285's on the rear no issues.

Another member that I know has the 255/45s on the front and the 295/45s on the rear on his 300B with no traction control problems whatsoever.

Oh yeah I did drive the car for a few weeks with the 245/55s on all 4 corners (300A). There was absolutely no rubbing including at full lock

make sure you dont get a 45 or 50 side wall and not a 55, unless your rears are larger than 55

That will mess up your traction control...

Did you have any concern with t/c or abs when using the same tire on all 4's?
