I can attest that this simple device can save a SC engine from throwing a rod. The line lock holds the front brakes only as you do your burn-out. This put a lesser load on the engine and helps to prevent detonation while you are going in and out of the WOT fuel tables. Well worth the money to save an engine.

Oh...I see...

When I did mine, I guess I cut corners.
More specifically, I cut my existing line, carefully hand bent it a tad, added two new fittings, and I was done.;)
