Not without some modifications. The blower unit is the same as the Trilogy I believe (Eaton M112), but the inlet might not fit, also the snout appears to be a different length than the Trilogy. If you get it for a steal, it might be a good starting point for a do it your self kit.

It will not, due to the higher deck height of the 5.4L the intake manifold is wider then a 4.6L so it will not line up. Mustang guys have beat that subject to death on a few forums.

This good be a cheap kit for someone with a 5.4 truck or Navigator.

Awesome seeing a new vendor cruising the forums adding 2 cents. Keep up the good work, thanks, and welcome aboard.

But with an adapter plate maybe? Is it more than an inch wider?

Lots of challenges to adapt this. The inlet is on the driver's side, which seems to make it easier but it will interfere with the windshield wiper cowl. The blower belt on these cars is next to the timing cover instead of being mounted on an extension pulley attached to the accessory drive pulley, so belt alignment would be a challenge. Not sure if the blower mounting bolt pattern is the same as the '03-'04 Cobra Eaton, but if not it would require a custom adapter plate to bolt it in the intake manifold. Then it still requires custom relocation of the alternator and mounting for the belt tensioner.
