I want to go to a smaller pulley on my Vortech A2A and squeeze a few more out of it. Running around 9psi as is w/the larger pulley, but want to go smaller.
New tune? Air fuel adjustments? What else in regards to complimentary support needs to be done?

My ATI P1SC was a swap and go, and so was the MP112 on my Grand Prix.
Any different here?
Thanks in advance guys.

FYI Hot-Rauder is looking to swap for a larger pulley on his V1 T-trim, in case you're interested.

I have a smaller pulley, thanks. Just curious if I need a re-tune.

I can't remember are you running the stock bottom end? Your at a safe level right now if you are... But to answer your question no you cannot just swap pulleys and drive away, you need to get it retuned. If you want to "At my signal.....unleash Hell." then you need to put a forged bottom end in the bad boy and really let your tunner goto wor on it.....

you will need a new tune but make sure you can push plenty of fuel into it what fuel pump are you using now?

I have the GT500 pump and a Kenne Belle Boost a Pump. Fuel isnt a problem.

How much smaller pulley do you want to go or how much more boost do you want?

I would ask your tuner since he knows the most about your tune and A/F, pump and injector duty cycles and MAF counts.

If it's gonna put you up a couple PSI you shouldn't need a tune, but that depends on how your scales now are done

Thinking going from 9 to 12.

It would be safest to get a retune...

400 dollar tune or 4000 dollar motor, your call
