Transmission issues?

What is the deal with the transmissions anyway? I keep reading about bad parts from the factory. I haven't had any problems except I have noticed a weird RPM thing in th 2-3 shift (only at part thottle, no problem a WOT), also at low speed it kinda lurches after the shift from 1-2.

I thought this was typical of a higher stall convertor. I thought the 4R70W was a stout trans. What exactly is a MMDS Driveshaft? Sorry for the ignorance, just got my Marauder in July, wife drove it to guess.......Florida, and back.
