Full Spare Cover and Hook

I need a carpet cover for a full size spare and the hook contraption to secure the full size spare on.

If you're looking for the hook and the disc that secures it to the rear deck, I have at least 1, maybe 2 or 3.

Its not only the hook. There is a big V shaped nut that bolts to that hook to hold the full size spare on.
