Power Steering question

I was changing my oil today. I was underneath the car after installing the new oil filter cleaning off the oil from the hoses and things it dripped on when I noticed a hose that seemed to move alittle too much. I'm going to try and describe it as i seem to have lost my memory card for my camera. it's directly below the oil filter. it's a high pressure hose maybe half inch in size. it runs from the radiator. it connects to a rack and pinion right near the rest of the connections (tube connections-like from the master cylinder). anyway, the hose was wiggling significantly in my opinion. has any one run into this? did I describe it well enough? I'll try to take a picture of it if I can find my bleeping memory card. HELP.

Mine swivels too. Its normal and if it dont leak, then dont worry about it.
