I ordered a set from Tires-easy.com for $562 including shipping. I bought the 235/50's for the front and 255/55's for the rear. They were shipped seperately in pairs from 2 different warehouses...one in FL and one in CA. The rears just arrived tonight and they look awesome! Once the fronts arrive I plan to take it to the auto hobby shop at the naval base and get them mounted and balanced. Pics and reviews to follow soon!!!!

How do they corner? Compaired to Factory BFG? How stiff is the sidewall?
Have you thrown it hard into a corner yet?
They do look nice. Thanks for posting. I need to decide for spring.
I figure factory BFG tires alone will cost about $650 +tax +shipping

I haven't put them through the paces yet. I drove straight home in a slow (30mph) zone. Tonight I took it back out for about an 8 mile drive. I gunned it at a stop light and they had a tremendous amount of grip. The sidewalls seem to have about the same rigidity as the stock BFG's but I can't confirm that this early.
I am extremely happy so far!

BTW, the only down side that I can see at this point is that they have a directional tread pattern. So, when it's time to rotate, my only option will be to have them removed from the rims and remounted for the other side.

I'll have to check out the rears next spring when I need new rears. Glad to know there is another 255/55 tire out there to chose from. Are these all season or summer only?

Here is the link to tires-easy.com for the rears. They are rated as an all-season tire but I will continue to use my 16" steelies/snow tire combo for the harsh winters in Chicago.

I just got done a pair of those in the rear. they wore about the same as the Bf's, thinner in the middle, thicker on the outside. Road noise was alittle louder than stock because of the tread design. treadwear rating is lower than stock also, lasting me about 20-25k. I would by them again, but only after I go thru a couple other options that I want to try out.

Interesting. I've put 71k on the car and this is only my 3rd set of tires. I guess I don't bury the throttle as often as most do.
